About this Item

N.p., n.d. (perhaps published in Hamburg, as there is a reproduction of a renaissance engraving of the city of Hamburg). Sm. qto, unpaged, 12 tipped-in color plates of tankard, a guitar, a silver Bacchus, a golden monstrance, a "Holbein" dagger, a New York tankard and powder horn, American Indian musical instruments, an American commemortive sword, a coconut drinking cup, the Queen Mary harp, a brass gun and pistol engraved by James Low of Dundee. Text is in English and German. Bound in leatherette, nearly mint condition, number 474 of an unspecified limied edition. I have not been able to determine what Tampimex is or was. This is an intersting, strange publication. Language: eng. Bookseller Inventory # 20091609
