About this Item

An attractive copy of the First Edition in a Very Good [+] Dustjacket. DJ rubbed on the front panel, top edge of the rear panel slightly wrinkled along the margin, with a couple of very short snags; just a bit of a wrinkle top of spine; price clipped front flap; a really very nice jacket. Cloth clean and sharp, showing little if any wear; tiny rubber stamp of "Milton Stricker / Architect" on the half title. Stricker was a Frank Lloyd Wright apprentice who collected a massive library on Wright and the Prairie School - Chicago School of Architecture. Great photos of furniture, pottery, books and an excellent bibliography; a classic & one of the best references on the Arts & Crafts Movement. Ref. Sweeney #1875. Bookseller Inventory # 005064
