Signed Deed for Sale of two lots in Olympia, 3 lined pages (8 x 12 1/4 inch). Dated 24 May, 1864 with Notary Public stamp of Richard Lane, W.T. Evidence of being folded into fourths. David J. Chambers (1820-1876) and his wife Elizabeth (1828-1915) agree to sell Lots 3 and 8 of Block 27 in Olympia to William N. White for $30.00. David and Elizabeth Chambers were early pioneers in the Pacific Northwest, having crossed overland in 1845. The manuscript document is also signed by Richard Lane (1816-1877) as notary and by A.W. Moore (1820-1875) as County Recorder. Very good clean copy. Seller Inventory # 14037
