ANS, 1p, 4 3/4" X 7 3/4", Washington, DC, 1882 July 15. Addressed to noted philatelist E.B. Sterling. Near fine. On lined "House of Representatives U.S." letterhead, Brewer talks stamps: "I enclosed & send you some stamps. I don't know if you want them or not, but chance it.
