Text printed in hand-set Unciala and Solemnis types on hand-made all-rag Richard de Bas paper. Main text printed in black, with highlights througout in orange, blue, olive, and blue-green.Running head calligraphed in Greek letters by James MacDonald. Olive-green cloth slipcase. Publishers prospectus laid in. Faint spotting to endsheets, else fine A beautiful work. We had our open bookshop in the town of Sonoma for a total of 17 years, including 9 years at our East Napa St. location, however, as of April 13, 2013 we have closed our doors. Our business is now conducted online, by appointment, and at the approximately 8 antiquarian bookfairs at which we exhibit annually. Chanticleer Books is a sole-proprietorship owned and operated by Steve Blackmer, a full-time bookseller since 1985 and member of the Antiquarian Booksellers¿ Association of America (ABAA) since 1998.

We utilize the $30.00 Priority Mail International flat-rate mailer (4 lbs maximum weight) when we can adequately protect the book within. Oversize books will in most cases cost a minimum of $50.00 to ship overseas. The ABE default shipping rates are based on orders for 1 book at a maximum weight of 2.2 pounds.
