The string-bound pamphlets measure 6" x 4.5", and average around 32 pp. each. Printed on decent-quality paper with light blue paper covers, with title. issue topic and issue number in red. Originally sold for $.05 each/ and $.50 per annum until Volume X, whenannual subscription rate doubled to $1.00.
