Bound in illustrated pale blue wraps. Stated First Edition on the front cover. A very scarce history of Comanche County, Texas settlement and pioneer living. When it came to fighting most of it was involved with Indians--and there was a lot of that with several deaths noted. Book has apparently been used in research and there are a substantial number of marginal lines and text underlining throughout; damage at the rear cover spine top area; top of spine chipped; other light to moderate wear.
