The volume is bound in leather with recent half red morocco over the original marbled boards with 12 originally hand-colored aquatint engravings. It is the first and only edition published and is complete as issued. The illustrations are beautiful views of the South of France including Antibes, Toulon and Marseilles. --- The work is in very good to excellent condition overall. There is occasional minor speckling in the sky of the engravings. There may be a few minor imperfections or faint marks to be expected with age.
