First edition. Red cloth in unclipped jacket. Small folio. 128 pp. Black and white and a few color photos throughout. A survey of then modern glass work, examining recent experimentation and innovation in design and technique, with many photos of examples throughout. This includes a look at color use, engraving and cutting, table glass, etc., as well as the work of designers such as Gunnar Ander, Masakichi Awashima, Mar Lalique, R. Stennett-Wilson, Tiffin Glass Masters, etc. GOOD jacket and book. Small area of heavy soiling/staining to the upper front hinge of the jacket, with otherwise mostly minor soiling. Minor to moderate scuffing and uneven fading. Extremities scuffed, with some curling, as well as a 2 inch tear at the upper front edge. A few other minor tears and creases present. Minor general fading and edgewear to the book. Interior clean with one signature loosening a bit . Bookseller Inventory # 007476
