First Edition hardback (1912) with no dust jacket. In overall very good condition with only minor signs of handling and storage - a little wear to edges and corners slightly rounded. Binding tight but has been strained at a couple of pages where gutter has opened; no annotations, modest gift inscription to ffep. Some tanning to half title page and the equivalent page to rear but text clean and clear throughout. The contents page has a small tear to top edge. This is a very nice copy of this charming and quite scare title. Seller Inventory # 110363
