About this Item

Yellow cloth boards have black lettering and small black decorations on front cover and spine. Extremities are slightly rubbed, lower extremities moreso. Front cover has a small white spot in the center and cloth is rubbed in the lower right corner. Head and foot of spine are bumped and rubbed. Inscribed on the front free endp. as follows, "To/ Dorothy N. Kimmey/ Amy Oakley/Thornton Oakley/ October 5th, 1951." Endpp. are foxed and soiled. Text is very clean, embellished with numerous illustrations. Binding is sound and tight. Half of d.j. (front flap and panel only) are present, laid in. Nice copy, digital image available.
