A counter-culture newspaper from the People's Park era in Berkeley, California. Printed in red and black on newsprint and folded to an unstapled approximately 16" X 11.5 inch magazine of 16 pages including covers, then folded horizontally in half. Some shallow wrinkling to corners, untrimmed edges, and light soil and/or ink smudges. No tears, missing material, scribbling, gross soil or other offensive physical defects. A naked tribe celebrates photographically on the cover; the interior includes the usual newspaper items, political cartoon, current events, columns, advertisements, classified ads, and entertainment schedule. Definitely an anti-establishment rag, with particular malice directed at the Berkeley "Pigs". [A]. Bookseller Inventory #
