Pp. (6), 13, 40; 18 wood engravings. Publisher's original brown cloth, blind-stamped on the front and rear boards and gilt-lettered on the spine, 4to (11 1/2 x 8 7/8 inches). The introduction by Robert Robinson. Small pencil signature of P. W. Robson on front endpaper. Letter laid in at from to R. Hunter Middleton from a colleague in London gifting the book to Middleton in 1957. R. Hunter Middleton was the owner of Cherryburn Press. Endpapers with minor browning, Light wear to cloth at the head and foot of the spine, one tiny bump to upper outer corner; a tight copy in very good condition. Bookseller Inventory # 5887
