About this title

Synopsis:

Fresh, young and full of enthusiasm, Donal Skehan is a real cooking talent. His passion for simple, healthy, delicious home cooking will inspire novices and more experienced cooks alike to get into the kitchen.

Armed with gorgeous, do-able recipes, Donal is the champion of the home cook.

In 2007, Donal started his own blog to record his cooking adventures and share his passion for food: http://www.thegoodmoodfoodblog.com. This book takes the blog and Donal to a new level. Divided into 6 chapters (Meals in Minutes, Party Food & Drinks, Salads & Sides, Comfort Food, Stretch your Meals, and Mega Desserts & Baking), you'll find quick, easy and tasty ideas for every meal.

Donal's recipes really pack a punch when it comes to flavour, but they are also wonderfully simple and straightforward, making them perfect for novice chefs and equally appealing to the more practised cook. His personality shines through on every page – from his writing, which is as fun and delicious as his food, to the stunning photographs that were all taken by Donal himself. You cannot fail to get caught up in Donal's enthusiasm for healthy home cooking.
