About the Author

G.S. Sawhney is Professor and Head, Dept. of Mechanical Engineering, Accurate Institute of Management and Technology, Greater Noida. Earlier he was Professor and Head at GNIT, Greater Noida and LKIE, Ghaziabad. He obtained his B.Tech from IIT Madras and his ME degree from Pune University. He has over 44 years of teaching and industrial experience. He has authored 13 books on various subjects of mechanical engineering.
