About the Author:
This book has been produced in collaboration with Audubon, whose mission is to conserve and restore natural ecosystems, focusing on birds, other wildlife, and their habitats.
The text and maps for the species entries in this book have been provided by BirdLife International, a global partnership of conservation organizations that strives to conserve birds, their habitats, and global biodiversity. BirdLife partners operate in more than 100 countries and territories worldwide. The organization has more than 4,000 staff and over 2,500,000 members worldwide.
