The book is a small 5" x 6 1/2" soft cover with illustration of High Street "Old Philadelphia" on the cover. Book has very light edge wear and slight darkening along the spine. The 150 years celebration of America's birthday in Philadelphia. Frontis is a painting of Friends Meeting House. Book contains a fold illustration of High Street looking East and West. This is the history of High Street. Also included are four postcard from 1926 with color illustrations depicting WASHINGTON'S HEADQUARTERS AT VALLEY FORGE; BETSY ROSS HOUSE; OLD CHRIST CHURCH and HISTORIC CARPENTER'S HALL.
