Very good, clean, black boards with gilt titles to front cover and spine, no dust jacket, Ex Reference book from The Thomas Greenwood Library for Librarians. Grey flecked epps, 425pp, frontis photograph of the author, illustrated with b&w photographs and diagrams and two colour plates showing marbling, also a sample of leaf showing an altenative to gold leaf. Front epps have a rather nice bookplate from Manchester Public Free Library, also class no. label and a date stamp label, 2 other small stamps within. Very superior quality for a library book, corners a touch bumped otherwise a very good clean copy of this scarce book. Size: 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall. Seller Inventory # 002101
