There is no mention of the author's name or publisher, just "Boston, 1850". The back of the Argument page has the following printed: "The time of five and thirty minutes is taken up in / this Book. / The Scene lies first in Beacon Street - then changes / to Tremont and Court - afterwards to Cornhill - and / lastly to Washington Street." In tan, slightly soiled wraps, with the somewhat edge-chipped back wrap now detached. The front cover wrap has light edge-chipping witn a small closed tear. A small brown stain extends through the first 3 leaves, with a few small brown stains to the text pages. 45 otherwise clean and crisp pages. There are no ownership inscriptions or bookplates.
