17 x 20 1/2 inch color topographical map of the Bright Angel Quadrangle of Grand Canyon National Park, which includes the most visited area of the south rim. Fold lines, otherwise excellent condition. On the back is an article by Francois E. Matthes about the history, geology and geography of the Grand Canyon. There are also two small inset maps, one showing the entire extent of the Grand Canyon, and the other showing a cross section from Hopi Point on the South Rim to Tiyo Point on the North Rim.
