Illustrated with engravings. A.e.g. Mostly very good to near- fine, with rubbing to edges, and some faint foxing to endpapers and to some engravings. One cover detached from four volumes (XLIX-L; LI-LII; LXV-LXVI; and XCV-XCVI). Spine pulling loose from two ( LI-LII and LXXIII-LXXIV). One inch of spine detached from XLIX-L, and tucked inside volume. With all its flaws, a beautiful set, and internally fine. Beautifully printed. Extremely rare complete.
