Lg. 4to. 252pp. Green cloth with title in black on cover and spine. Spine sunned, tail of spine bumped. Minor staining and sunning to boards, slight musty odor. Profusely illustrated with reproductions of photographs in b/w, two in color and a few in sepia tone. Most plates are accompanied by plans and show the exterior and interior of magnificent buildings with some extraordinary furniture designs by Paul. Text in German. 4 page advertisement pamphlet for the book "München und seine Bauten" laid in which was not part of this publication. Pamphlet is illustrated with 4 b/w plates, text in Gothic script.
