Shipping rates are based on a standard octavo size book that weighs up to approx. 3 pounds (1.35 kg). Books that are bulkier and/or heavier cost more to ship.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: Be aware of your country's customs duty fees and VAT rates so that isn't a surprise on delivery. We prepay duties and taxes for shipments to Canada.
