Folded sheets laid grey wrappers printed in black. Also laid in is Secretary's News Sheet No. 49, June 1963 4p. (Necrology, Recent Meetings, Recent Publications, Financial Report, and the like). Just hints of wear around the edges, corners square and flat, all sheets present and in fine condition, else near fine to fine with no internal markings. Charles Smith was Professor of Art at the University of Virginia and former member of the Council of the Bibliographical Society of the University of Virginia. He was well known for his paintings, his block paintings and his murals, but no so well known for his interest in typography. This booklet accompanied and exhibition of his typographical works.
