Hasegawa, 38 Yotsuya Hommura, Tokyo. / Simpkin Marshall, Hamilton, Kent & Co. / Sole Agents in London"]. Printed on crepe paper consisting of a number of loose [the silk ties being absent] folded sheets measuring [folded] approximately 5.5" x 7.75", illustrated throughout with delicate colored woodcuts printed by hand from Japanese woodblocks. [and lacking the box]. Christmas gift inscription dated 1904 inside the cover, some scattered light stains [mostly to the covers and a few margins]; there is considerable folding/creasing to various corners and edges, and the box is also missing; but still a presentable copy of a scarce and fragile item. .
