Seller:
Cat's Curiosities
(Pahrump, NV, U.S.A.)
Rating
[?]

Book Description Robert Collier, Publisher, New York, 1925. Hardcover. Book Condition: Fair. No Jacket. 1st Edition. Mr. Collier lectures his audience on growth, change, and (of course) the power of positive thinking. Not the prettiest set -- considerable rub to top and bottom edges and corners, and these slim 16mos of 40 to 50 pp. each also exhibit some waviness when viewed from the fore-edge -- the first three volumes, particularly, seem to have once been damp. Nonetheless, the complete seven-volume set, paginated consecutively (rather than individually by volume) through page 358. Identified as the "Autographed Edition," and indeed Robert Collier has signed the first volume (name only) in blue ink to a preliminary page. HOWEVER, that signed page, in particular, was once damp and shows a tidemark; please see scans. Bookseller Inventory # 005753
