Glossy illustrated boards with black background for yellow lettering on front cover, with illustration of a black cat sitting on brown chair with a human face detail mask on its own face; endorsement "Mesmerizing" by Terry Gilliam at lower center of front cover. 1/2" tear at top front spine corner, with concomitant slight weakening of spine for 6" down from top; tiny chips of glossy finish across top of spine and along top rear edge for 2 1/4" away from top left corner; several other minor scratches and blemishes on rear cover, which are difficult to discern, given the orange, yellow, green, brown and blue coloring of the rear cover, several small spots sprinkled across rear edge, with indiscernible to nil bleeding onto pages: describes worse than it is.
