About this Item

Heinemann 1903. The date of this edition is uncertain as the publication date has been scuffed out. It is possible that it is a first edition but this cannot be certain and therefore it has been priced with the assumption that it is an early reprint. Copyright 1903 with "Set up, electrotyped, and published July, ____". Later printings usually follow on from this information (photo available on request). Cover a little spotted and marked. Binding tight. Old bookplate to inside front cover partially covered by a later label. Rough cut pages with the odd small loss to margins but generally bright with minimal marking. All plates present and correct (by Hooper). Overall, a decent copy. More information available on request. (0316Ud4). Bookseller Inventory # 000133
