About the Author: David Campbell, formerly a professor of psychology at the University of Minnesota, is currently the Smith Richardson Senior Fellow at the Center for Creative Leadership (CCL), where he has been engaged on research and teaching in the area of leadership for more than twenty-seven years. He has worked with a wide range of managers and leaders from the corporate, governmental, military, and non-profit sectors.
