Captain Henry Charles Denison (1849-1936) was the third son of the 1st Lord Londesborough and served as a captain of the Royal Horse Artillery and Hon. Lieut. of the Royal Naval Artillery Volunteers. He married Beatrice Guthrie Gough, the widow of Major Wilfred A. Gough; his step-daughter, Rose Gough Kerr, was a leader in the Girl Guides movement.
