About the Author: Kirk Deeter is a freelance journalist whose articles have appeared in such publications as Fly Fisherman and London't Daily Telegraph. He co-authored Drugs, Sport, and Politics, an acclaimed book on doping in Olympic sports, with Robert Voy, M.D. He is currently the president of Deeter Strategic Communications and a part-time fly-fishing guide. Andrew Steketee is a freelance writer and fly-fishing guide. Both authors reside in Colorado. Liz Steketee (Andrew's sister) is a professional photographer whose work has appeared in Women's Sports & Fitness, ESPN Magazine, and Blue Magazine.
