This catalog is formed from a single sheet, folded to create 4 "pages" (also folded again by a previous owner who probably tucked it into a pocket or purse after the exhibition) . Front wrapper of this slight work contains a black and white image of one of Roualt's works. The interior contains the title and ownership of the 36 paintings in the exhibition by Georges Rouault (1871-19580. Several of the paintings were owned by Mrs. Cornelius J. Sullivan who was a key founder of the Museum of Modern Art in New York in 1933. The back cover, which is blank, contains pencil notes probaby made at the exhibition. Old fold line in the center.
