A total of 2711 items listed and described whereof some in detail including prices realized. Original papercovered boards.Thomas Jefferson McKee was particularly interested in early American and English Literature which he felt had to be studied 'from the foundations up". This copy has no doubt been frequently utilized as a reference as it is a little shaken. Front inner hinge is cracked, but holding firm. Headband and the corners of the boards are rubbed. Small tear in the outer hinge of the spine and rubbing to the sides of the boards. Internally a clean copy with some occasional price notations. A good reference copy. Bookseller Inventory # 2838
