With the original dust jacket showing Salinger's photograph on the rear panel. This photograph was removed from later printings at the author's request, making these early printings with the photograph quite scarce and valuable.The dust jacket is in good condition. Chips missing at the edges. Wear to the flap folds and hinges. Sunning to the spine with tape repairs made to the verso. The book is in very good plus to near fine condition.
