About the Author: Eric Basso was born in Baltimore in 1947. His poems have appeared in the Chicago Rreview, Central Park, Oyez, Collages & Bricolages, Asylum, Bakunin and scores of other publications. His first collection of poems, Accidental Monsters, was published by Asylum Arts in 1998. His third collection, The Smoking Mirror, will appear later this year. He is the author of twenty-one plays. His drama trilogy, The Golem Triptych, was published by Asylum Arts in 1994, his novel Bartholomew Fair by Hi Jinx Press in 1998.
