Book is clean and tightly bound with no spine crease and very white pages and page edges. Only fault is browning to spine extending over to back at section near the bottom of the cover. Front cover shows a few brown spots and a little light fading at edges. Book is remarkably hard find. SIGNED and inscribed on top of title page by editor, Fred Eckman, thus: "To --------, With best wishes and fond memories of life on Wallace Avenue. Fred Eckman, El Paso 7/87." It is not an ex-library copy and is in good + condition with no dust jacket since it is a trade paperback book.
