Original edition. No copyright date listed. Previous owner's name and date on the blank page before the half-title page (d1861). Rebound in marbled paper over boards with black simulated leather spine and corners. Engraved title page image of the viaduct and CXI engraved plates. Sporadic light waterstaining at the corners of several pages. Title page has some at the right edge and the bottom left corner with nothing coming into contact with the image. Some other pages with light spotting. Overall the plates are still attractive with no tears or chips. Book measures 13 3/4" by 10 1/8". Very scarce. Bookseller Inventory # 032366
