Ex library. 127 pages. No jacket. Multiple library property marks, including the kind in which needles pierce the page in a dot pattern (title page, end page, and in the middle, too). Except for the property mark and a few specks, the interior pages are clean. Remnants of pocket and warning stamp inside back cover. Title page has use stains at fore-edge and a 1/2 inch tear. 1/4 inch tear in last page. Two heavy brown paper free endpapers both front and back. Dark green cloth cover, fraying at top and bottom edge of spine, corners of cover bent, tips frayed, cover worn along all edges. Front and back covers blank as issued; gold author/title printing on spine very worn. Descriptions, small floor plans, interior and exterior black and white photographs of 14 houses displayed at the 1933-34 Chicago World's Fair. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall.
