HB book in VG+ condition. Signed by McCaffree on title page. Green cloth boards are sturdy and clean, printed in gilt. Only very mild bumps to corners, head and foot of spine. A single faint stain on lower page edges, less than 1/8". Crack less than 1" at top of front hinge on pastedown. Front endpaper has 1/2" scuff mark at top near hinge. Binding tight. Rough cut pages. Interior pages clean, unmarked and undamaged. DJ in fair condition has significant rubbing, edgewear, bumped corners and numerous small bleached spots. Water stain evident on inside DJ from bottom edge rising 6". White portions of DJ have faint brown staining. Price clipped. Lower back DJ hinge is torn 1/2". Back DJ cover has a faint 4" horizontal crease near the bottom edge. Back DJ fold has a 1/4" tear 3" up from lower edge. DJ wrapped in protective mylar. Bookseller Inventory # 00978Go-kk
