There was significant top-edge water damage. No mold. All pages are separated with 98% the images and text intact. Some internal pages dry melt tears, but an extraordinary and scarce production advertising memento of the high point of industrial catalog promotions. Even in this condition the book is a scarce memento of American manufactuing genius and ingenuity at the turn of the 19th century.
