Condition: Very Good +; 4to, 365pgs. Full-bound in green buckram with black titling on spine and cover. Front board is illustrated with a steam boat on the river. Book full of black and white illustrations of the township of Champlin, MN, a cultural history of a small town on the Mississippi. Book is solid with minimal color fading to head and tail of spine and cornertips. Top of interior pages has light toning. Dustjacket has a 1 3/8 in. closed tear on the tail edge near joint and 1/2 in. tear on tail edge of rear cover and two other very small closed tears, else in excellent condition. Hardcover.
