About the Author:

P. L. Bhargava is one of the most esteemed Indian historians and Indologists. He has completed his Masters in History, Sanskrit and Hindi and has obtained a Ph. D. is History. He has been honoured with several renowned recognitions and awards. He also received the 1995 Award for Eminence in Sanskrit Scholarship from the then President of India. He has compiled several books and other works on History. Some of them are A Gem of Indian History, Vedic Religion and Culture, Retrieval of History from Puranic Myths, India in the Vedic Age, Fundamentals of Hinduism, and Founders of India s Civilization.
