About this title

Synopsis:

A stunning all-color look at one of America's favorite railroads tackling some of the steepest grades in the east. B&O and Westrern Maryland also make many appearances in this look at 1970's railroading in the rugged Allegheny Mountains of Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania. In addition to Tom's great photography, this book includes a locomotive roster, train sheet data, track diagrams and much more! It's a great reference tool for model railroaders and a beautiful work of art.

About the Author:

Thomas A. Biery is an accomplished photographer whose work has been published in several international magazines, including Time, U.S. News & World Report, Business Week, The Railroad Press and Traffic World.
