Slighly worn at the edges,and with the prior owner's signature at the top of the first page, this unused coloring book contains twelve full-page sketches by Chester County artists of antique furnishings and a house depicting Chester County history. Each is preceded by a page explaining the sketch. Laid in is a sheet containing brief biographies of the artists and a small folder/invitation to an autograph reception. This copy is signed by seven of the artists at the bottom of their respective sketches.
