Large-format HB in full green cloth binding with gilt title to front, patterned endpapers and no inscriptions. Slight fade to top edge of front board and spine. Paper DJ is fragile with chips, tears and losses. Internally VG with pages clean and tight. 90pp. incl colour frontispiece of Grove Park/River Dee, b/w and colour plans, b/w photos, fold-out colour plan of suggested neighbourhood unit for Blacon and folded colour 'Chester Plan for Redevelopment in rear pocket.
