Limited edition of 2000 copies, of which this is #631. A massive volume in black cloth with gilt titling and top edge gilt. Decorated endpages. Near Very Good. Small bookplate (of the former Chicago architectural firm, Granger & Bollenbacher) on front pastedown and smaller address label on first blank endpage. Binding is a bit shaken.
