Collation: A-R8 S6 t-z, AA-EE8 FF-HH6: 264 leaves, both the first and last pages with printed titles; upper and lower margins cut close, one headline just shaved, early foliation mostly trimmed away. Nineteenth-century vellum with green morocco label, edges plain; endleaves renewed. The fine portrait woodcut on A1v is original to this edition.
