Turin, chez Dominique Orgeas libraire (al colophon: �de l imprimerie de la court d appel�), 1807 [ottobre?], in ottavo, legatura ottocentesca in mezza pelle marrone; piatti rivestiti in carta marmorizzata sui toni del verde con striature di rosso; fogli di guardia muti, pagine: [2, di cui 1 di frontespizio] 226 [2]. Prima edizione torinese. Ottimo esemplare ad ampi margini (minima brunitura uniforme e qualche fioritura, come usuale). Firma di possesso (�Govi�?) al frontespizio. Qualche nota di antico proprietario a penna a margine del testo. Conserva le pagine 1-2 di una ristampa (o addirittura la carta fu impressa appositamente a correggerne i contenuti). Edizione torinese che segue di poco l edizione originale parigina. Codice di commercio napoleonico, suddiviso in quattro �livres�: �Du commerce en g�n�ral�, �Du commerce maritime�, �Des faillites et banqueroutes� e �De la jurisdiction [juridiction] commerciale�.
