With a sticker blurb from John Berendt with the printing error on page 25, line 16 ('man-woman' for 'mad-woman') which was subsequently corrected in later printings. This is a very nice copy of the first printing of this modern classic and National Book Award winning novel of the Civil War, a highly sought-after collectible that had an initial print run of 25,000 copies.that is surprisingly difficult to find in the first edition, first printing.
