First edition, with disbound pages from Graham Watson s contribution to Book Society (A. Deutsch, 1980), loosely inserted, along with a photocopied DNB article on Woodruff. Also inserted is a headed notecard showing publisher Duff Hart-Davis s address, with the following penned note: Very many thanks for the P.F. issue. All our books are securely and carefully packaged in parcel paper and bubble wrap, and are placed either in a padded envelope, a protected cardboard book-wrap, or a well-cushioned cardboard box.

We have comprehensive insurance to cover the unlikely event of loss or damage in transit.

For shipping outside of the UK, customs charges and/or import taxes may be charged by your local customs authorities. These charges are separate from our shipping costs and are not set or administered by us. They are usually payable directly to the courier company or local border authority when the parcel enters the country and will be your responsibility. In many countries printed books have a reduced rate of VAT.
